At Tendora, we want you to love your PDRN Collagen Balm Stick. Please read this policy before requesting a return or refund.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are shopping from the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To qualify, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.

Opened or Used Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on balm sticks that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal, except where the product is faulty or not as described. This is standard practice across the cosmetics industry.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at clintbboy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement at no cost to you, and you will not be responsible for return shipping in this case.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns of unopened items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
